
Earlier this month, the 2023 Automotive Reputation Report put INFINITI at the number one spot among U.S. luxury brands. With INFINITI remaining focused on their mission to elevate the client experience, it comes as no surprise to us that the brand would catch the attention of Reputation’s report. While INFINITI earned the top rank with a Reputation Score of 743, INFINITI also holds the highest visibility and engagement score of the U.S Luxury Brand category at 74 and 89 points, respectively.

The 2023 Automotive Reputation Report is one of the most comprehensive rankings in the market, and includes three categories of criteria: sentiment, visibility, engagement. As consumer feedback continues to drive success in the auto industry, these factors had a significant impact on INFINITI’s score: customer service, staff, sales, competence, speed.
