Union City, GA (December 7, 2016) It was a silent auction, a display of decadent desserts, an intriguingly unique art gallery and a very successful fundraiser co-sponsored by INFINITI of South Atlanta. The 10th Annual Chair-ity Event raised a record-setting $200,000 to support the ongoing needs of the abandoned, abused, and neglected children who now safely live at The Children’s Village at Christian City. They are given a chance to heal their spirits and break cycles.

“Community support is what sustains our ministries at Christian City,” said President & CEO, Len Romano. “Because of the faithful dedication of the many people who made this event possible and those who support us throughout the year, the children at The Children’s Village will continue to receive the loving care they need.”

INFINITI of South Atlanta offered their support to the community by providing a new INFINITI Q50 for the raffle. Cynthia Bennett of Newnan won the raffle and was presented with the $10,000 cash option. She immediately decided to return $5,000 of her prize to The Children’s Village at Christian City. She recognizes the importance of Christian City as she explains, “One of my daughters and my mother lived in group homes as children,” Cynthia said. “Organizations like The Children’s Village at Christian City are dear to my heart, and I am happy to support their work.”

We at INFINITI of South Atlanta believe in the work at Christian Village. They have worked to give many kids hope and a future and we look forward to working with them in the future.
