This year, INFINITI dealers are once again recognized by the 2023 Pied Piper Prospect Satisfaction Index® (PSI®) Internet Lead Effectiveness (ILE) Study. The highly rated dealer responsiveness placed INFINITI two points ahead of their 2022 score, placing second overall in the industry.

Pied Piper’s ILE process measured dealer responsiveness to customer website inquiries. The ILE study included more than 5,400 U.S. dealerships and gave a score out of 100 based on how well each retailer responded by email, phone, or text message over a 24-hour period.
