Exciting news from INFINITI Motor Company: Eric Ledieu has been appointed Vice President, INFINITI Americas, effective February 1, 2026. In this role, Ledieu will oversee the brand’s overall performance across the United States, Canada, and Mexico — including strategic direction, operations, retail network development, and all sales and marketing efforts.

Ledieu currently serves as Director of INFINITI Sales and Regional Operations, where he has played a pivotal role in aligning sales strategy and regional execution with INFINITI’s long-term growth vision. His leadership has helped drive performance and position the brand for continued evolution.

With nearly three decades of automotive experience, Ledieu brings deep expertise across sales, marketing, operations, financial services, aftersales, and product strategy. His career includes leadership roles with Nissan and INFINITI Financial Services, Regional Vice President for Nissan in the U.S., and Director and Chief Marketing Manager for Sedans, Sports Cars, and NISMO performance models. He has also served as Director of Aftersales and Quality Assurance for Nissan Canada and President of Nissan Canada Extended Services, Inc.

Earlier in his career, Ledieu held several roles within INFINITI USA, including Area General Manager, Assistant Regional Manager, and Regional Parts & Service Manager, giving him a well-rounded understanding of retailer operations and customer experience. Ledieu succeeds Castro in the INFINITI Americas position and will be based at the company’s headquarters in Franklin, reporting directly to Castro.

INFINITI closed 2025 with strong momentum, delivering 52,846 vehicles nationwide and reinforcing its position as a leader in the luxury SUV segment. Performance throughout the year was driven by INFINITI’s core SUVs, the QX60 and QX80, which together anchored brand growth during a year of strategic product transitions.

Leading the way was the INFINITI QX80, which achieved the best retail calendar year in the nameplate’s history. With 18 consecutive months of growth, the QX80 made INFINITI the fastest-growing brand in the full-size premium SUV segment, while also posting a 31.4% year-over-year sales increase. Fourth-quarter sales alone rose more than 24%, underscoring sustained demand for INFINITI’s flagship SUV.

The INFINITI QX60 continued to be the brand’s volume leader, delivering 30,538 units in 2025, an increase of 9.8% year over year. Accounting for 58% of total INFINITI sales, the QX60 benefited from its refreshed design, the addition of the bold SPORT grade, and its recent IIHS TOP SAFETY PICK+ recognition. Fourth-quarter QX60 sales climbed nearly 25%, reflecting strong customer confidence in the model.

Together, the QX60 and QX80 represented an impressive 84% of INFINITI’s total calendar-year volume, demonstrating the strength and focus of the brand’s SUV portfolio. This performance came during a year of planned inventory reductions, as production cycles concluded for QX50, QX55, and Q50—making the results even more notable.

INFINITI of South Atlanta is excited to welcome Glenn Hartley as the new Service Department Manager! An Atlanta native, Glenn has spent most of his life in the area, growing up in Doraville near Spaghetti Junction and attending Georgia State University after high school.

Glenn began his automotive career in December 1985 at Goodyear, gaining extensive experience throughout Atlanta before taking the next step in 1993 by joining a Toyota dealership in Chamblee. Over the years, he steadily advanced in the industry, earning his first Service Manager position in 2003.

Outside of work, Glenn enjoys spending time with his family. He and his wife Robin have been married for 25 years and are proud parents of three daughters. His personal interests include woodworking, boating, and tackling DIY projects around the house.

With his decades of experience and dedication to excellent service, Glenn Hartley brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to INFINITI of South Atlanta’s Service Department, ensuring every customer receives the exceptional care they deserve.
