Inside the Reimagined INFINITI QX80
The all-new 2025 INFINITI QX80
The all-new 2025 INFINITI QX80 marks a significant evolution in INFINITI’s design philosophy, blending advanced technology with exquisite craftsmanship. As we prepare for the 2025 QX80 to arrive here at INFINITI of South Atlanta, take a look at what makes the QX80 a work of art.
Bold Exterior Design
The QX80 boasts a bold and confident posture, characterized by strong lines and well-defined proportions. Its anti-wedge profile, featuring a long, nearly flat hood and crisp shoulder lines, projects a sleek sense of motion. The newest iteration of the signature INFINITI double-arch grille, inspired by the organic shapes of a bamboo forest, hints at a powerful driving experience.
Lighting elements are meticulously positioned to define a strong face for the QX80. Narrow, multi-element LED daytime running lights flanking the upper grille complement the illuminated INFINITI emblem, which now features a more three-dimensional appearance. Discreet air curtain vents at the lower corners of the front fascia enhance aerodynamics around the wheel wells.
Sleek Profile and Rear Design
The sleek, minimalist profile of the QX80 includes flush door handles that present themselves when the vehicle is unlocked, contributing to a cleaner appearance and improved aerodynamic performance. Harmonious character lines and blacked-out door pillars further enhance its sleek look.
At the rear, a full-width LED lighting element with a segmented design and over 300 LEDs draws the eye. Inspired by the tranquil reflections of light on water, these lights illuminate in a vibrant red, adding a touch of elegance to the vehicle’s rear.
The all-new QX80 offers seven striking body paint colors, highlighted by a new INFINITI color called Dynamic Metal. This hue, developed over six years, provides a liquid metal feel that emphasizes the QX80’s body surfaces and dramatically changes based on viewing angle.
A Welcoming Experience
In keeping with the Japanese principle of thoughtful hospitality, the QX80 features a dramatic welcome sequence. When approaching the vehicle with the key fob, the flush door handles automatically extend. Upon unlocking, the INFINITI emblem and individual elements in the DRLs illuminate, culminating in the INFINITI Light Path – a stunning projection on the ground featuring the INFINITI wordmark and wing-like geometric shapes.
Luxurious and Functional Interior
The interior of the QX80 is inspired by Japanese culture and the principle of miyabi, referencing the use of layered, soft materials and the seamless integration of technology. Soft-touch materials, leather appointments, wood trims, suede, and laser-cut metal inlays combine with high-tech items like touchscreens to create an atmosphere of luxury and functionality.
A standard panoramic moonroof with one-touch open/close and a power-sliding sunshade allows natural light into the cabin. The dashboard features two 14.3-inch displays, with a configurable meter for the driver offering views such as Classic, Elegant, and Enhanced. The center INFINITI InTouch® display can be operated via an ergonomically positioned jog wheel or by touch.
The QX80 also offers an available color head-up display and Google built-in, providing updated Google Maps and access to apps via Google Play. A separate 9-inch touchscreen controls climate functions and seating operations, while sleek push buttons shift the transmission, freeing up space for cupholders and storage.
Cutting-Edge Technology
The QX80 incorporates the latest in camera and image processing technology, including Front Wide View and Invisible Hood View, which project images onto the in-car displays to aid in navigating tight spaces. The 3D Around View® Monitor with Moving Object Detection provides eight pre-selected angles for a comprehensive view of the vehicle’s surroundings.
The Smart Rear View Mirror and INFINITI Dash Cam Recorder enhance safety and convenience, while the In-Car Camera offers a view of the second-row seats or allows for remote checks via the INFINITI smartphone app.
Superior Ride and Handling
Equipped with rear-wheel drive or INFINITI All-mode 4WD, the QX80 offers a drive mode selector with settings such as Standard, Eco, Sport, Snow, Tow, and Personal. Available Electronic Air Suspension and Dynamic Digital Suspension refine the ride, providing smoother lane changes and enhanced ride quality.

ProPILOT Assist 1.1 is standard, combining Intelligent Cruise Control with steering assistance, while ProPILOT Assist 2.1, available on LUXE and SENSORY and standard on AUTOGRAPH, allows for hands-free driving in certain freeway scenarios.

INFINITI unveiled its highly anticipated 2025 INFINITI QX80 at Edge in Hudson Yards, setting a new standard for spectacular reveals. This groundbreaking event, hosted at the highest outdoor sky deck in the Western Hemisphere, required meticulous planning and execution.
Transporting the full-size luxury SUV to Edge was no small feat, involving a complex process spanning 40 days, 4,300 man hours, and nearly 100 elevator trips. The solution? The vehicle was meticulously disassembled into thousands of modular pieces, with the engine and fuel systems removed. These components were then precision-cut and reassembled on-site to recreate the all-new QX80.
To power the interior features such as seats, lighting, and the Klipsch audio system, the electrical system underwent reverse-engineering. This ensured seamless functionality despite the intricate disassembly process. The result was so flawless that even INFINITI’s head designer was unable to discern any signs of the vehicle’s disassembly.
This monumental achievement required the dedication of hundreds of team members, including agency partners from GLS Worldwide and PublicisQ, who contributed to the development, planning, and flawless execution of the event.
The all-new INFINITI QX80 represents the pinnacle of bold design, groundbreaking technologies, and meticulous craftsmanship. Anticipation for its release continues to build, with the flagship SUV set to arrive at retailers later this summer. Earlier this month, EH Automotive was proud to help sponsor the 8th Annual United Way African-American Partnership (AAP) Leadership Luncheon! Two decades ago, Dr. Johnetta B. Cole, Conchita W. Robinson, and Charles Stephens came together with a shared vision to assemble African-American leaders dedicated to making a positive impact on the Greater Atlanta community. Today, that vision continues to thrive through the African-American Partnership (AAP) at United Way of Greater Atlanta.
The 8th Annual AAP Leadership Luncheon, held at The Delta Flight Museum on February 17th, provides an opportunity to delve into the challenges faced by attendees and their peers in the Greater Atlanta community. Those in attendance were able to discover the proactive steps AAP is taking to address these issues head-on, as well as take the initiative to get involved in AAP and be a catalyst for positive change. Award-winning actor, poet, musician, and spoken word artist Omari Hardwick was the featured guest for the evening, engaging with meaningful conversation on the topics at
hand.
AAP is dedicated to investing in high-quality, year-round learning initiatives aimed at enhancing educational and career outcomes, aligning with their Child Well-Being Agenda. In addition to its focus on educational initiatives, AAP actively involves its members in volunteerism and advocacy, providing continuous opportunities for personal and professional development. With a membership exceeding 1,000 contributors who collectively donate over $2.6 million annually to the United Way of Greater Atlanta, your participation can unlock the potential of children, families, and
communities.
For nearly 120 years, United Way of Greater Atlanta has been dedicated to serving our community. As one of the largest chapters within the United Way Worldwide network, comprising over 1,700 independent local chapters worldwide, United Way strives to make a positive impact on communities across the globe.
While Greater Atlanta is recognized as one of the most dynamic regions in the country, it faces significant challenges in fulfilling its potential, particularly in the area of income mobility. The region consistently ranks at the bottom of the list of metro areas in income mobility, presenting a formidable barrier to its future prosperity. Shockingly, children born in low-income households have a mere 4% chance of escaping poverty throughout their lifetime.
The United Way of Greater Atlanta mission is to transform these statistics so that every child, regardless of their birth circumstances, has the opportunity to unlock their potential and forge lives that sustain themselves, their families, and their communities.
